Almost at all the hotels in St Petersburg Russia that are in our price list they make a visa registration service. It takes some hours and costs 20,0 rubles (less than $1). Sometimes difficulties may arise, when you stay at hotels, which have no right for Russian visa registration (they usually are low budget hotels, private apartments). In these cases, in according to Russian Law, you submit to OVIR and to register your visa there. But there you will waste a lot of time in the long queues to give and bring back your documents.
